This exclusive 3 bedroom, 3 bath rental home is the perfect get-a-way for the discerning guest and will comfortably accommodate 8 people. Please note: the open staircase leading to the bedrooms is not suitable for small children. This is a non-smoking home.

- Nightly $450 (3 night minimum; 7 night min. July/August)

- WINTER RENTAL
- Nightly $400 (2 night minimum, 3 night July, 7 night August)
- Weekly $2,400 (based on 7 nights)
- Departure Clean $150
- Linens & Towels Included
- Add 10% Placer County Room Tax for all rentals of 30 days or less.
- Arrival time is 4:00 PM - Departure Time is 10:00 AM

- Higher rates apply for the weeks of Christmas and New Year's
