Lodging Rates & Terms
Christmas and New Years Holidays: Please inquire regarding
higher rates and minimum night stays.
- Nightly $250 (2 night minimum, please inquire for minimum stay in
summer)
- Weekly $1,750 (based on 7 nights)
- Departure Clean $125
- Linens & Towels Included
- Add 10% Placer County Room Tax for all rentals of 30 days or less.
- Arrival time is 4:00 PM - Departure Time is 10:00 AM
- Higher rates apply for the weeks of Christmas and New Year's

Rates will vary based on length of stay. Prices are subject to change without notification. A Security Deposit Authorization is required to cover any damages incurred or additional cleaning necessary following your departure. Amount of deposit varies, please inquire.
