This family rental home is located just 2 miles from downtown Tahoe City for fine dining, shopping and entertainment, while during the winter months you will also enjoy it's close proximity to North Shore Ski Areas.

Lodging Rates & Terms
- Nightly $325 (2 night minimum, 5 night July, 7 night August)
- Weekly $2,100 (based on 7 nights)

- Add 10% Placer County Room Tax for all rentals of 30 days or less.
- Arrival time is 4:00 PM - Departure Time is 10:00 AM
- Higher rates apply for the weeks of Christmas and New Year's
Rates will vary based on length of stay. Prices are subject to change without notification. A Security Deposit Authorization is required to cover any damages incurred or additional cleaning necessary following your departure. Amount of deposit varies, please inquire.
